He underscored the continued validity of social media in other regions, highlighting its role as a platform for interaction enriched by intellectual content and reasoned discussions among users in those areas.  By Olayinka Awofadeju Mrs. Aderinola Susan Oyebanji, wife of Barrister A. O. Oyebanji, PhD who died on 28th December, 2023 at age 63 years was buried yesterday 19th January, 2024. The service of songs was conducted in her husband’s house, Goshen Avenue, FUTA junction, Akure by The Redeemed Christian Church (RCCG) on Thursday 18th January, 2024. The children, neighbors, church members and friends said many positive things about the deceased when she was alive. The testimony of her son, Tope Oyebanji revealed that she prepared to meet her God soon. The testimonies were used to minister to the congregation. Burial service was conducted by RCCG Province 4, Redemption Court, Akure, where many people rendered sweet songs of encouragement to strengthen the family left behind. Residents Hand Over Chief Imam, Four Others Caught With Human Skull To Nigerian Police

Residents of Adamo area of Ikorodu, Lagos State have handed over a popular Chief Imam in the community identified only as Babalola and four of his men to the police after they were allegedly caught with a human skull and other parts of a human body. A resident and eyewitness who confirmed this to our media on Friday said that one of the Islamic clerics was caught with the human skull and he confessed that he was working for his principal, Imam Babalola. OVIE OMO-AGEGE LOSES AT SUPREME COURT

By Ono Bobi  The Supreme Court has dismissed Ovie Omo-Agege’s appeal seeking to overturn Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s election as governor of Delta State. https://osderp.com In a unanimous decision, a five-member panel of the apex court dismissed an appeal the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Omo-Agege, filed to challenge the outcome of the governorship election that held in the state on March 18, 2023. The apex court held that the appellant was unable to prove his case of over-voting and noncompliance with the electoral laws. The court, in its lead judgement that was delivered by Justice I*ng Okoro, held that the appeal lacked merit. The apex court has also dismissed the appeal of the SDP candidate against Governor Oborevwori.
