OSPOLY COMMENCES POST-UTME SCREENING TODAY

 By Tope Abiola Management of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree has declared that the Physical Post-UTME screening exercise of candidates who chose Osun State Polytechnic, Iree will commence today Monday 29th September and end on Friday 6th October, 2025. A statement by Registrar of the Institution, Mr. Abiodun Oyedele Oloyede states that the students are expected to report at the Admissions' office of the institution by 9:00am prompt on the dates designated for the respective faculties. The release urges the candidates to attend the oral interview with original and photocopies of their JAMB result slips, JAMB Admission letters , Post-UTME Registration slips and their ordinary level results. Adeleke Calls for Unity, Peace at 2025 Olojo Festival in Ile-Ife

Osun NUJ Inaugurates Exco for Federated Chapel

 By Seun Omidiran  The Osun State Council of Nigeria Union of Journalists has inaugurated the new executive for Federated Chapel of the state. The inauguration took place on 3rd September, 2025 at NUJ Press Center, Osogbo. Dr. Peter Olayinka AWOFADEJU was sworn in as the Chairman of the chapel, along with Mr. Oyewole Temitope as Secretary. While inaugurating the new Exco members, the Council Secretary declared that, "as directed by the state council due to the prevailing circumstances surrounding the change of power in the chapel, only the Chairman, Dr. Peter Olayinka AWOFADEJU and the Secretary, Mr. Oyewole Temitope obtained nomination forms to their offices since about eight months ago when the outgone exco had been desolved and the NUJECO credentials committee headed by Dr. Simon Oladimeji Pinheiro was put in place." Taiwo Kayode Adeleke, has urged the people of Osun to embrace the new month of September with renewed determination and high expectations, declaring it as a season of delivery and great accomplishments. In his new month message issued from his hometown of Okini in Egbedore Local Government Area, Hon. Adeleke described the ninth month as symbolic, likening it to the delivery period for an expectant mother. He noted that, despite the challenges faced during pregnancy, joy eventually comes with delivery in the ninth month “We thank God for the gift of life and the privilege to witness September 2025.
