77 Injure among other Casualties in Ibadan Explosion

It was a bad day for residents of Adeyi Bodija Estate area of Ibadan where an explosion occurred around 7:30pm on the 16th of January, 2024. The explosion which was heard about 100km away destroyed properties and claim life's of the citizen of the State. 

While addressing the Press, the Governor of the State, His Excellency Abiodun Oluwaseyi Makinde mentioned that Illegal miners are in the State and the government is ready to do anything to protect the life's of her citizens. He further stated that residents of affected areas are to move in to an hotel to be sponsored by the government while proper investigation is been done. 

In response to the explosion, A memo sent out Bodija Estate Baptist Church states that the Church was seriously affected and houses of members nearby wasn't left out. 

As further investigation continues, residents of the State are assured to be vigilant and call 615 for any emergencies

Osun Poly rolls out Admission Application Form for 2024/2025 Daily Part-Time Programme

By Oduduwa Media  Management of Osun State Polytechnic Iree has rolled out its Admission Application Form for the 2024/2025 Academic Session for the Daily Part-Time Programme. The Admission Form is sold for a sum of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000) only. Interested applicants are to log on to ospolyportal.com to purchase the form. Such applicants, according to a release by the Institution's Registrar Mr Abiodun Oloyede, must possess credit passes in English Language, Mathematics and three other relevant subjects in the applicants’ areas of study in Science, Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Environmental Studies, Industrial Arts and Design, Financial Studies and Management Studies.

Chief Pinheiro Resigns from People's Democratic Party
