On arrival at the University premises at about eight o’clock pm I went straight to where I lodged waiting for the D-day which is 26th February, 2024 to come.
On the D-Day I went straight to the General Adebayo Lecture Hall, the venue for the course and met with the staff of the Human Resources and Development Board Department waiting for other participants for the registration formalities.
On entering into the Hall, I exchanged pleasantries with my course mate, some of whom we know before. Behold the arrival of the first lecturer who arrived at the dot of time, Dr. Peter O. Awofadeju an erudite scholar who makes me more interested in the course because of his presentation. I felt like stepping into a realm where creativity, innovation, and the relentless pursuit of truth about life is pursue. As I walked through the doors, a mix of excitement and aspiration, We immediately started an academic rigors that left an impression on me; “Kayode buckle up this is academic environment”. I look at the assignment as a good challenge for a two weeks course.
My first day in the Media Communication Department had set the stage for a two weeks journey for the first semester. what promised to be a transformative and unforgettable experience
