Drainages, Road Construction: Uniosun Students, Ekire Town Dwellers Hail Adeleke

Students of Osun State University (Uniosun) Ikire campus and people of Ikire praised Senator Ademola Adeleke and showed their happiness for the drainage and ongoing road work in their area.

Speaking with Oduduwa Media, one of the motorists, Dr. Komolafe said flood has always taken over during the raining season which also contributed to the bad condition of the road which leads to Osun State University and the condition of the road always affect their cars badly as they visit mechanic shops regularly for repair of their cars.

He said that they are happy that State government has heard them and equally appreciated Oduduwa Media for serving as mouth piece of the communities.

The students said this development has added to the respect they have for the state government as he has proven himself to be governor of the masses.

The Indigene of the town appreciated the governor and equally pleaded with the ministry in charge to help them see to the completion of the construction.

14th Convocation Ceremony: JABU Graduates 467 Students

 By Olayinka Awofadeju At Joseph Ayo Babalola University Vice Chancellor's press conference held on 4th December, 2023 at the Senate Chamber. Vice Chancellor, Professor Olaosebikan Fakolujo that the University graduated 467 students while 23 finished with first class, 205 finished with second class upper, 172 finished with second class lower and others are within third class to pass. The overall best graduating student for the academic session was Mary Ayobayo from Computer Science. She graduated with 4.89, which is a step better than the last best graduating student who finished with 4.87. While speaking, VC made it known that the school equally graduated 12 PhD students in 2022/2023 academic session. Eight PhD students graduated from the department of Entrepreneurship, three from Business Administration while one graduated from Accounting department.
