Osun Federal Lawmaker lays Construction Foundation of Ido-Osun Civic Center

Honourable representing Egbedore, Ede South, Ede North and Ejigbo Federal Constituency at House of Representative, Honourable Bamidele Salam laid construction foundation of Ido-Osun Civic Center on 18th September, 2024.

This project is part of Hon. Bamidele Salam's vision to enhance infrastructure and amenities in his constituency. The modern civic centre will provide a well-equipped facility for community gatherings and events, ultimately boosting residents' quality of life and stimulating economic growth.

According to Hon. Adeleke Adeolu Sakiru, the former Ido-Osun LCDA caretaker council Chairman said, Hon. Bamidele Salam has demonstrated a strong commitment to serving his constituents and promoting regional progress. This initiative is one of many he has accomplished to improve the lives of his constituents.

14th Convocation Ceremony: JABU Graduates 467 Students

 By Olayinka Awofadeju At Joseph Ayo Babalola University Vice Chancellor's press conference held on 4th December, 2023 at the Senate Chamber. Vice Chancellor, Professor Olaosebikan Fakolujo that the University graduated 467 students while 23 finished with first class, 205 finished with second class upper, 172 finished with second class lower and others are within third class to pass. The overall best graduating student for the academic session was Mary Ayobayo from Computer Science. She graduated with 4.89, which is a step better than the last best graduating student who finished with 4.87. While speaking, VC made it known that the school equally graduated 12 PhD students in 2022/2023 academic session. Eight PhD students graduated from the department of Entrepreneurship, three from Business Administration while one graduated from Accounting department.
