Bukola Saraki Strategy Team Osun State Chapter hails Gov. Adeleke for the Infrastructural Development at Ile-Ife

Bukola Saraki Strategy Team (BSST) Osun State chapter hails Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State for his efforts in improving infrastructural developments at the cradle of Yoruba race.

The group describes Lagere flyover as developmental drive that will forever cement Governor Ademola Adeleke's legacy in the heart of Yoruba land.

Yesterday, October 29, 2025, the Executive Governor of Osun State inspected the ongoing construction of the flyover at the cradle of Yoruba land, Ile-Ife. Ile-Ife has historically suffered from a lack of developmental projects under previous administrations. However, the Lagere Ile-Ife flyover is a testament to Governor Ademola Adeleke's visionary leadership. Governor Adeleke's efforts deserve recognition as a liberator and true son of Yoruba land.

In less than three years as Governor of Osun State, Senator Ademola Jackson Nurudeen Adeleke has achieved remarkable feats. Some of the completed road projects within Ife land include:

1. Iredunmi–Oke Ijan Road

2. Oriyangi–St. John’s Road

3. Manchester–Igboya Road

4. Olurin–Omi Okun Road

5. Ife City Benediction Road

6. London Street–Iremo Road

7. Agric Road, Opa

8. Akinlalu Junction–Town Junction

9. Magistrate Court–Itamerin Road

10. Ogbingbin–Garage Isale Road

11. RCM Road, Ifetedo

12. Modakeke’s AP Junction–Alapata Road

Meanwhile, Moore Babaakodi Road and Edunabon–Tonkere Road are still ongoing. These achievements have dealt a significant blow to the opposition party, the APC, which ruled Osun State for 12 uninterrupted years without initiating any major developmental project in Ile-Ife, the cradle of Yoruba land.

Under Governor Adeleke's leadership, Osun State has transitioned from having dilapidated infrastructure to rapid growth with significant infrastructural developments. This starkly contrasts with previous administrations, which awarded billions for infrastructure upgrades with nothing to show of, except for a cross bridge at the Ola-Iya roundabout in Osogbo that has been deemed unsafe.

Under the leadership of Governor Ademola Adeleke, the Lagere flyover is not the only one; there is also a gigantic 10-span flyover that is almost 100% completed at Oke-Fia, Osogbo, and a 4-span flyover at the LAMECO roundabout in Osogbo. These massive projects are strategically located in areas that experience heavy traffic on a daily basis, aiming to curb delays in traffic flow and boost commercial activities across the state.

From what we observed during the inspection of the flyover bridge at Lagere, conducted by the Governor and members of his executive cabinet yesterday, amidst the jubilation of the people of Ife land, it is clear that they are poised to massively support Governor Ademola Adeleke's reelection in 2026 as a token of appreciation for his remarkable contributions for developing the cradle of Yoruba race.
