Elites Club of Aagba commended for payment of WAEC Fees

The Principal, Aagba Methodist High School, Mr. Mr. E.O. Odewuyi has commended the Elites Club of Aagba for payment of WAEC Fees for 14 Senior Secondary School students of the school  for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The Principal, in a letter he addressed to the Club's President, Mr. Femi Aboderin stated that the club paid a sum of Five Hundred and Eighty-Eight Thousand Naira (N588,000) for Fourteen indigent students of the Methodist High School, Aagba as WAEC Fees".

The Principal noted that, through the payment, the Club has invested into the lives of the students.

The letter reads in part, "Your kindness has made a huge difference in these young lives, giving them a chance to pursue their education and future dreams.

"Your commitment to education and community development is truly inspiring. This act of generosity did not only ease the financial burden on the students’ parents but also motivates the students to strive for excellence."

 While thanking the club on behalf of the students and their parents, the principal expressed optimism that the club's efforts and investment in the lives of youths will be fruitful.

"On behalf of the students and their parents, I thank you for your compassion and investment in the future of the community. We look forward to continuing our partnership and working together to provide the best possible education for our students.

"May your club continue to grow and impact many more lives."

The Elites Club of Aagba is an indigenous socio-cultural club that promotes,  empowerment, entrepreneurship and education of youths in Aagba land in Boripe Local Government area of Osun State.

Chief Pinheiro Resigns from People's Democratic Party

Osun NUJ Inaugurates Exco for Federated Chapel

The inauguration took place on 3rd September, 2025 at NUJ Press Center , Osogbo . Dr. Peter Olayinka AWOFADEJU was sworn in as the Chairman of the chapel, along with Mr. Oyewole Temitope as Secretary.
