 By Oduduwa Media  Osun State Region 3, 43 and Youth Province 12 School of Desciple in preparation for the year 2024 Regional Convention held Train-The-Trainers programme on Friday 30th August, 2024 to re-train the Coordinators and the teachers for the new year activities in the kingdom work. The programme was held at Breakthrough Cathedral, Olosan in Osogbo. The programme preceeds 2024 Osun State SOD Regional Convention with the theme "Divine mandate" which would be holding on Saturday 31st August, 2024 starting by 8:00am. Speaking at the train the trainers, Assistant Director School of Desciple, Pastor Emmanuel Joseph Onuaugbe taught the Coordinators and teachers from the II Timothy 2:1-4 on the topic, qualifications of a trainers. He said trainer in the School of Desciple is a desciple himself who has been trained and deeper in the word of God and who is a follower of the word of God. By Oduduwa Media  Honourable Bamidele Salam, House of Representative member representing Egbedore, Ede North, Ede South and Ejigbo federal Constituency on Wednesday 28th August, 2024 distributed 600 bags of fertilizers at his house in Awo under Egbedore Local Government to the farmers in his Constituency. While addressing Oduduwa Media, one of his aids, Hon. Olayiwola Ismail who represented him said Hon. Bamidele Salam specially brought these fertilizers to assist the farmers within his Constituency as this is raining season which farmers will be farming. He said he distributed the fertilizers to everyone either as group or individual farmer. The yardstick is to be a known farmer and not someone who will collect and sell it. The fertilizers were received from the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security.  The lawmaker announced this development through his social media handle. The fertilizers are to be distributed to farmers within his Federal Constituency to support the 2024 farming season.  While talking, he said the distribution will be handled by the Constituency office through farmers' associations and interest groups in the affected Local Governments. "Registered farmers' groups are encouraged to contact the Constituency office, located opposite the Seventh Day Grammar School, Ede, for necessary documentation and to benefit from the fertilizer distribution. Tobiloba-Taiwo Awofadeju  The Osun State Tourism Board has mourned the sudden and untimely death of one of its board members, Alhaja Suliyat Showole whose demise was announced on Monday 12th August, 2024 after a brief illness.
